Each year, we convene a small group of “member only” peers that meets 6 times between January and June. The goal is to create a smaller, more intimate cohort of peers that support each other’s growth and development. They dive deeply into one topic per session that is of interest to you and to other members of the group. Each cohort determines the topics where they will go deep and the sessions are led by cohort members or other experts with support from Board members. Some previous topics included managing change, data and analytics, developing your EVP, managing an evolving workforce to name just a few.
