The Science and Practice of Constructive Disagreement

Disagreement is inevitable. The ability to navigate it productively is a leadership skill.

Join Julia Minson, Professor of Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School and bestselling author of How to Disagree Better, for an exclusive half-day workshop on turning difficult conversations into better thinking, stronger relationships, and better outcomes. Drawing on her behavioral science research, Minson will challenge conventional thinking about conflict and share practical tools for engaging opposing viewpoints without sacrificing trust, candor, or conviction.

You’ll leave better equipped to:
  • Navigate high-stakes conversations without allowing disagreement to derail relationships
  • Turn opposing viewpoints into better thinking and decision-making
  • Build trust while maintaining candor and conviction
  • Recognize the behaviors that escalate conflict, and what to do instead
  • Put research-backed techniques into practice through exercises grounded in real world context

Every attendee will receive a copy of Julia Minson’s bestselling book, How to Disagree Better.
